A Real Local Estimate
Unlike large online companies that provide online home-value estimators using various online data, our agents will research your property in local county and MLS systems. We pull recent comparable sales in your area and give you an approximate estimate based on your community sales and your stated home condition.
Like other estimates, this is not a formal appraisal or substitute for the in-person expertise of a real estate agent or professional appraiser. We will provide a price range of what we think your home would sell for in the current market. We can give you a detailed CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) after touring the property.
Based on Up-to-Date Data
Param Blue Group has complete and direct access to multiple listing services (MLS), the databases that real estate agents use to list properties. We use MLS data to compare your home to similar properties in your neighborhood that are currently for sale or have recently been sold. By taking into account certain aspects of a home that may affect its value and marketability, including market conditions, location, and the home’s amenities and overall condition, our agents are able to better assist you in determining the value of your home.
